Return & Refund Policy

At OTM Trading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Certain items may be non-returnable (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened headphones, earphones, or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Software, digital downloads, or activated licenses

  • Products with physical damage caused by misuse

  • Items that are past the return window

Exchange Policy

If your product is eligible, we can exchange it for:

  • The same item (if defective or damaged)

  • A similar item or store credit (if the original item is out of stock)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or phone

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. We'll arrange for a pickup or guide you to return it to our store or courier partner.
